1.leadership /'liːdəʃɪp/
n.领导力;领导才能

e.g. Great leaders are often seen as reasoned individuals who listen and make considered judgements.
e.g. He gave a considered response to the feedback, acknowledging both the positives and the areas for improvement.

synonym: reasoned有理有据的; 经过缜密思考的
e.g. Critical thinking refers to the ability to analyze information objectively and make reasoned judgments.

antonym: impulsive 易冲动的;草率的
e.g. Impulsive decisions in leadership can sometimes lead to short-term rewards, but they may harm long-term goals.

4.turnover /'tɜːnəʊvə/
n. (人员的)流动率
e.g. A focus on improving workplace culture and leadership could help lower the company's turnover rate.

antonym: retention 保留;留住: the ability of a company or organization to keep its employees over time, minimizing turnover.

e.g. The company has implemented several initiatives to improve employee retention, including flexible work hours and a clear path for career growth.

5.favoritism /ˈfeɪvrəˌtɪzəm/
n. 偏爱;偏袒
e.g. Favoritism in the workplace can lead to resentment, making it difficult for employees to work together effectively.
e.g. " nepotism" is what we would call favoritism for your relatives.
