主体段思路:按照行业分段
Body 1:Banking+Education
Body 2:Manufacturing + Catering
【开头段】
The table illustrates changes in the proportion of males and females who worked in four sectors for the year 1986, 1996 and 2006.
【概述段】
In general, except manufacturing, the figures for both male and female employees in other three industries showed a rising trend. In the three years, education was the least popular choice of employment for males, while catering attracted less female staff.
【Body 1】
It is clear that in all these years, more females than males were employed in the sectors of banking and education. In terms of banking, the figures for men and women saw a slight climb to 19% and 26% respectively, an increase of roughly 5%. Similarly, the proportion of female staff working in educational field also was on a rise, growing remarkably from 15% in 1986 to 25% in 2006. However, the percentage of males working in this area remained relatively stable at approximately 15%.
思路要点:
- 三年都是women> men
- 【Banking】:男女都小幅度上升了4%
- 【Education】:women显著上升,men基本平稳
【Body 2】
By contrast, the figures for the two genders showed a different pattern in the other two fields. We can see that there were more men than women working in the manufacturing sector, with the figures falling significantly by around 7% for each gender. With regard to catering, a marginal increase could be found in the proportion of females from 12% to 18%. Besides, although only 10% of the surveyed males chose to offer catering services in the initial year, this figure doubled in 1996, after which it overtook the figure for their female counterparts. In the final year, this sector still attracted 20% of male workers.
思路要点:
- 【manufacturing】:三年都是men>women; 男女都显著下降
- 【catering】:
- women小幅度上升
- men在1986<women,随后在1996小幅度上升超过women,2006年仍有20%的men在这个行业工作
