As the most popular one among all the five museums, Art Museum saw a dramatic increase in visitor numbers from 100,000 in 1999 to 150,000 in 2019. Similarly, the number of visitors to Science Museum doubled, reaching 130,000 over the same period. In contrast, Natural History Museum experienced a modest rise compared to the other four museums, with attendance growing slightly from 45,000 to 60,000.

In contrast, the other two museums exhibited an opposite trend in their popularity. Although History Museum was chosen by the second-largest number of tourists in 1999(80,000), this figure was overtaken by the attendance to Science Museum in around 2000, falling constantly to merely 65,000 after a decade. A similar trend was observed in the attendance to Cultural Museum, dropping continuously from 60,000 to 42,000 between 1999 and 2019.
